Mobile Phone reception -

 

Mobile phone signal can be patchy in places. On the property we do not have a mobile signal but one can be found 2 minutes drive up the road.

 

Internet access -

 

We are with dragon wifi, our local company. This is a strong signal but as with all technology it can have it's bad days but we do our best to get this sorted and fixed!

 

Grocery deliveries -

 

Online deliveries are available to Cwmwdig Cwtch from Tesco and Asda. If you make a delivery please ensure you are on the property to receive it.

 

 

Arrival and car parking -

 

We have a gated car park up a small slope, to a gravelled surface where there is room for three cars. The distance from the car park to the property is within 10 metres. There are three deep steps up to the front door, with a handrail to the left. We have an outdoor light which is not light activated so needs to be left on if you expect to come back after dark. |If you plan on your first arrival being after dark, please let us know and we will turn the car park and door light on for you.

 

Outside the property -

 

We have a private garden with a few steps up to it or alternatively a small slope onto the grass by the side gate. The garden has a raised patio, which has one deep step up. The garden is enclosed but not securely for small children that have the tendency to escape!

 

Inside the property –

 

We are a ground floor property with 3 steps up into the house, 2 down into the conservatory and one into the twin bedroom.

 

Bedrooms –

 

Every bed has sufficient space around them for people to get into and out of bed comfortably. The double en-suite garden room is big enough to fit a cot in, along with the twin room. Our bathrooms do not have any support handrails.

We have a television with remote control and DVD player, also with remote control. The kitchen is small and cozy with eye level grill and oven, high cupboards, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
